Magpie Maggie
A multimedia stop-motion animation. "Magpie Maggie" follows a girl on her quest to pick up a shiny stone and the ultimate consequence of her greed. This story was inspired by the horrifying German children's book my parents used to read to my brother and me, "Struwwelpeter."
Hat
A narrative photographic diorama. After creating a storyboard and characters, I made my diorama using paper cutouts, tape, glue, and printed photographs. I then set up each scene and photographed.
The Barn
A set of four photographs meant to look like screenshots taken from different points in the same film. The overarching theme of these images was "eerie-horror." The goal was to invoke a feeling within the viewer that suggested a narrative as opposed creating a clear, linear narrative.
